These terms apply to all institutes, trainers, and partners using our backend support,
marketing, admissions handling, and Germany pathway services. By working with us,
you agree to follow the service structure, communication process, and payment terms
outlined below.
Service Agreement
Our services are provided on a monthly, project based, or revenue share model
depending on the agreement with each institute.
All services are delivered under a professional support agreement.
Institutes must provide accurate student and course information.
Payment terms must be followed as per the signed agreement.
White label services remain confidential.
Marketing budgets are separate from service fees.
Either party may end services with prior notice.
Data & Privacy
We handle student data, leads, and institute information with strict confidentiality.
Data is used only for admissions, marketing, and operational support.
Student data will never be sold or shared externally.
All CRM and communication systems remain secure.
Institutes retain ownership of their leads and branding.
Limitations
We provide structured support, marketing, and guidance. However,
student visa approvals, exam results, and embassy decisions are outside
our direct control.
Updates to Terms
We may update these terms when services expand or policies change.
Continued use of our services means acceptance of updated terms.
